Ingredients:

0,5kg ripe tomatoes

1/2 onion
·
2 tbsp olive oil
·
1/2 pinch of sugar
·
375 ml vegetable stock
·
1/2 tbsp parsley
·
Salt
·
Pepper
How to make it:
1. Prepare your vegetables; wash the tomatoes, cut the tomatoes into
halves.
2. Peel the onion and mince it.
3. Heat the olive oil over a low heat in a
large cooking pan. Steam the onions with a wooden spoon.
4. Admix with the tomatoes and the spices (salt, pepper, sugar).
Steam it 20 minutes over the low heat. Stir it around from time to time.

5. After the 20 minutes, pour in the vegetable stock. Stir it around and
boil it for further 5 minutes.
6. Remove the cooking pan from the heat. Press your soup through a sieve.
Finally coat it with the parsley.
