Sundried pasta

Ingredients:
·        200g pasta
·        75g of small tomatoes
·        200g sundried tomatoes (from a jar)
·        ¼ zucchini
·        ½ yellow pepper
·        ½ small onion, 1 clove of garlic
·        Parmesan cheese
·        Handful of rocket salad


How to make it:
1.      Cook the pasta as directed on the package and cut the zucchini, small tomatoes and the yellow pepper. Also cut the Sundried tomatoes finely, as well as the clove of garlic
2.      Bake the zucchini, small tomatoes and the yellow pepper together with the chopped clove of garlic in a bit of the sundried tomato-oil
3.      When the pasta is done, put it in to the baking-pan and mix with the veggies
4.      Add the finely cut sundried tomatoes to the pan together with a dash of the sundried tomato-oil and mix everything ones again

5.      Put the pasta on two plates and add the parmesan cheese on top of the dish, and add half of the handful rock salad. Add some pepper and salt when you like to.
