Bread with oil, tomato and ham

Ingredients:
·        4 slices of bread
·        1 spoon of olive oil
·        2 tomatoes
·        4 slices of ham
·        4 leaves of basil



How to make it:
1.      Spread the oil on the bread. Then cut the tomatoes in slices and put them on the bread.
2.      Cut the basil in small pieces and spread them on the tomatoes.

3.      Finally put the ham on the top of the tomatoes. Finished!

Greek Salade

Ingredientes:
·        2 tomatoes
·        ½ onion, cut in rings
·        ¼ cucumber, cut in slices
·        100g of olives (if you like)
·        100g Feta
·        coriander, parsley
·        2 slices of bread
Dressing:
·        30 ml olive oil
·        1 spoon of vinegar
·        ½ spoon of citrus fruit

·        coriander, salt, pepper

How to make it:
1.      For the dressing put all ingredients in a bowl and mix them together.
2.      Put the cut vegetables into the bowl with the dressing and mix them together.
3.      Finally put them on your plates and serve it with the bread.

Club Sandwiches

Ingredients:
·        6 slices of bread
·        1/2 pound deli turkey, thinly sliced
·        1/2 pound deli ham, thinly sliced
·        3 slices of cheese
·        3 slices cooked bacon
·        4 slices of tomato
·        romaine lettuce, mayo, mustard

How to make it:
1.      Toast bread in the toaster, until golden-brown and let it cool completely before building sandwiches.
2.      Take one slice of bread and slather with mayo/mixture. Top that with 3 pieces of turkey. Then with romaine lettuce and 2 slices of bacon.
3.      Take one more piece of bread and top it over the bacon and slather that piece of bread with a little more mayo/ mustard.
4.      Add 3 pieces of ham, 1 slice of cheese, 2 slices of tomato and lettuce and top with one more piece of bread.

5.      Slightly press the top of the sandwich down, to help everything stay together. Repeat same process with remaining ingredients and 3 pieces of bread. You will have 2 large sandwiches total. Cut each sandwich into 4 triangles and serve!
